Yoga & Qigong: Intergrative Energy Balancing
Are you looking to bring calmness, balance and joy into your every day life? The ancient practices of yoga and qigong work together will to help balance physical, emotional and spiritual energy, while offering flexibility, strength and alignment. This class will focus on standing & seated gentle basic hatha and restorative yin postures, along with qigong movements to help balance your seven chakras or organ systems.
You will be guided in taking each pose to your own personal level of gentle comfort or more challenge. No qigong experience necessary. All levels of yoga practice welcome.

Carol is a RYT and Certified Instructor in Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga; and Taoist & Tibetan Qigong. She is formerly from Howell and has recently moved back to this area. Trained in NY in the lineage of Krishnamacharya, Carol draws from teachings of Iyengar, Integral & Jivamukti Yoga, John Friend, Rodney Yee, Judith Lasater, Joseph LePage and Biff Mithoefer. Her Therapeutic Training has been with Cheri Clampett, creator with Biff Mithoefer, of the Therapeutic Yoga Kit.
