Experience a gentle-moderate level Hatha Yoga practice followed by a guided meditation developed by Mooji, who has many devoted followers around the world. Dan has been offering portions of this meditation practice in his popular Sunday morning Yoga for Stress Reduction classes and people have asked for more!

45 minutes: gentle – mid-level hatha yoga. A nourishing practice which eases tensions stored in the body/mind and prepares participants for deep relaxation and peace.

45 minutes: “There is Only Awareness” – a Mooji guided meditation. This is a guided journey that seeps through the busy mind and brings a person to settle in open awareness. Guided Meditation can remove stress and replace it with a sense of inner peace. It’s one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with physical and psychological distress, and promote the peace of the present moment.
