The Full Mooji: Yoga Practice followed by a complete Mooji guided meditation
45 minutes: gentle – mid-level hatha yoga. A nourishing practice which eases tensions stored in the body/mind and prepares participants for deep relaxation and peace.
45 minutes: “There is Only Awareness” – a Mooji guided meditation. This is a guided journey that seeps through the busy mind and brings a person to settle in open awareness. Guided Meditation can remove stress and replace it with a sense of inner peace. It’s one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with physical and psychological distress, and promote the peace of the present moment.
