The Drishti Mindfulness Triathlon
Yoga, Running & Meditation – Perfect Together! Hey running friends… We decided to blend our favorite activities into a friendly and upbeat little challenge. This is a non-competitive and fun chance to do it all – running, yoga and meditation. This event will be a 5K run, 1 hour Power Yoga class and a 30 minute meditation. This is a triathlon for everybody, so don’t be afraid to join us. We will push our personal boundaries and support each other. Growth only exists outside the comfort zone!
