Sweat and Samadhi: Yoga for Weight Loss
Join Kaitlyn for a week long journey of mind-body experience! This is the perfect combination to help any yogi deepen their physical and spiritual yoga practice and get to that next level. We will sweat, get into deep stretches, and practice our meditation every morning for five days. Each class will start with a gentle meditation for fifteen minutes followed by yoga for weight loss. We will have fun with cardio, strength training, and high intensity interval training, and end with a half hour of Yin postures. This immersion is perfect for all levels as modifications and amplifications will be available. Expect to work hard, be silly, have fun, and most importantly, see and feel results!
