Our bodies are meant to move and they are meant to move dynamically in a full range of motion turning, bending, twisting and reaching. We begin to loose theses abilities through injury or slowly for no obvious reason and you find yourself straining to turn your head, unable to reach for things you once could, increased stiffness when sitting or standing. If not addressed they multiply but wherever you are they can be improved dramatically.
Developing and maintaining our natural mobility reduces injury, pain, joint wear and tear, and stiffness all by improving alignment, balance, joint and overall flexibility. In this class we ‘ll use self-myofascial release, trigger point, ball and stretch band work.
