Tula Yoga

A Mala is a strand of beads traditionally used for counting during Meditation or the repetition of mantras. Typically a Mala is made from gemstones, seeds and wooden beads. Today many yogis wear their Mala as a necklace or bracelet as a reminder of their personal and spiritual practice. A Mala made by yourself is imbued with your energy and intention and will become an intensely personal sacred object. Our workshop will begin with a guided meditation. You will learn a Mudra and and how to use your Mala.
When: Sunday May 7th @ 1 – 3 pm.
Fee: $65.00 per person
Included in workshop:
108 beads
