You will be guided through fun inversions and arm balances. Starting with warm up asana flow preparing you to take flight, followed by partner yoga to get you feeling supported. Key poses will include Handstand, Forearm-stand, headstand and variations of crow. Also variations on transitions to and from your inversions. All level class….beginners welcome.
