Intro to Kundalini Yoga with Breane Trotte
The kundalini is the “spiritual nerve” or nerve of the soul. Through pranayama, asana, and meditation the energy of the glandular system combines with the energy of the nervous system. This allows the totality of the brain to interpret these energies and integrate them between the physical and energy bodies allowing you to experience your full creative potential.
In this workshop we will learn some of the basic practices of kundalini yoga and come to understand our relationship to the universe. You will come away with techniques and tools to incorporate into your daily practice along with the practical experience of Infinity.
