Hustle & Calm- Free Class
Do you feel like it’s hard to sit still for meditation? Do you think that maybe you’re just not a “meditation person”? Then join us for hustle & calm! This 45 minute class starts with invigorating vinyasa, as we power flow our way through high intensity movement designed to get the heart pumping and release excess energy from the day. Once we’ve powered through our physical practice, we’ll sit for meditation in the second half of the class. You’ll find that the high intensity movement helps to calm and focus the mind and body, prepping you for your best meditation practice.
