Headstand is often referred to as the “King of Asana”. Inversions are considered to have some of the most profound health benefits of all asanas, and are often hailed by yogis as a cure-all for whatever ails you. They are known to be a natural fountain of youth. They increase circulation, nourish the endocrine system, and stimulate the nervous system. In this workshop, you will learn how to practice headstand in various stages that not only ensure you will master the technique, but will also prevent any injuries, build self-confidence, and experience a sense of accomplishment.
