Full Moon Nada Yoga Workshop
In celebration of the full moon, we will come together for a blissful nada yoga workshop. The incredible healing power of sound is becoming more widely recognized by the medical community, though it has been an essential part of ancient spirituality and healing for centuries.
Nada yoga, the yoga of sound, is the practice of connecting to divinity through sound vibration. In this workshop we will explore breath work, chakra toning, mantra, devotional song, and deep listening. Fusing these practices with our heart-empowered intentions, we will activate, align, and expand our Light energy as a source of radiant love and healing. Afterwards, there will be a restorative sound healing journey with live vocals and sacred instruments. To close we will integrate our experience together with a sharing circle.
Optional items to bring: water, a mug for tea, journal, recording device Dress comfortably for meditation, movement, and relaxation.
