Warrior poses teach us one of the key fundamentals in our yoga practice, the balance of sthira & sukha – steadiness & ease. These complex poses involve the whole body in asana and remind us to stay focused and move against our ignorance and ego.
Please join us for this all-levels 2-hour workshop.
- Together we will explore the 3 classic warrior poses and their variations.
- We will experiment with alignment for your body in ways to create space yet stay on task.
- We will discuss the philosophy behind the warriors towards cultivating strength and courage to deal with challenges.
