The Yoga Loft

Join us for an introduction to mindfulness and meditation workshop to which all are welcome. The workshop focus will be on introducing meditation and the concept of mindfulness to those who have had an interest but have not known how to begin their journey. The program will be approximately two hours long with the first portion dedicated to discussing the concept of mindfulness, different meditation practices and meditation instruction in Zazen & Kinhin (Zen Buddhist Meditations.) The second portion will be a thirty minute period of Zazen & Kinhin (seated and walking meditation) and will end with a dharma discussion (talk on universal truth.)
