In this workshop, we start a short guided meditation, and warm up with several rounds of sun salutes and wrist prep. This class will be focused on the structure of side crow, 8 angle pose, firefly, flying pigeon, eka pada koundinyasana I & II, and chin stand. After that, we’ll stretch and decompress the wrists and weave everything into a sweet and sweaty flow of standing balances and arm balances. We will mellow out on our backs and transition into a deep, guided relaxation.
